Created the Intelligent Network ‘Range Processing’ solution which significantly increased the capacity and efficiency of the national telecommunications network altering the process for which all telephone calls are routed throughout the North American telecommunications network.

Engineered solutions for key portions of the North American Number Pooling system and processes saving significant numbering and network resources and reducing the need to expand the number of area codes in use in North America.
